Navion is an AI-powered SaaS product analytics dashboard designed to help teams understand product performance, user behavior, and feature adoption — all in one clean interface. Smart insights, real-time metrics, and clear data visualization enable faster decisions and better product growth.
Analytics dashboards often become graveyards of charts — every metric surfaced, none prioritized. Navion needed to hold dense product telemetry (adoption, feedback scores, release progress, user behavior) while still reading as a calm, scalable SaaS surface that PMs could actually act on.
We built a modular, card-based system where AI-surfaced insights lead the view and supporting metrics sit beneath. Release progress, customer satisfaction scores, and feature adoption each get dedicated, consistent modules — so teams always know where to look. The palette pairs neutral scaffolding (#F1F1F1, #B2B9AE, #2A2B29) with two greens (#93D530, #50D206) for positive signals and warm tones (#D8B73E, #C25D4F) reserved for warnings and regressions.
